Privacy Policy

zerkzcore is a free portfolio tool for Roblox developers. This page explains what information the site collects when you use it, why, and what control you have over it. zerkzcore doesn't run ads, doesn't use tracking or analytics scripts, and doesn't sell or share your information with anyone.
1. What we collect
Account info: the email address and password you sign up with (your password is handled entirely by our auth provider, Supabase — zerkzcore never sees or stores it in plain text).
Profile content: whatever you choose to add to your page — username, display name, tagline, status, project descriptions, testimonials, pricing, FAQ entries, a banner image URL, and similar. All of this is content you enter yourself and can edit or remove anytime.
Connected accounts (optional): if you use "Connect Roblox" or "Connect Discord", we only receive your public username and avatar image from that platform via OAuth — never your password, and never anything beyond basic profile info.
Messages: if you use zerkzcore's private messaging, the content of those messages is stored so the conversation can be displayed to you and the other participant.
View counts: we count page views on public profiles to show a simple view number. This is an anonymous counter — we don't log who visited or track visitors across the site.
Discord webhook URL (optional): if you set one up to get notified of new messages, it's stored privately and is never visible to anyone but you.
2. What we don't do
No ads, no ad trackers, no analytics cookies, no selling or renting your data, and no buying data about you from third parties.
3. How your information is used
Solely to run the site: displaying your public page, letting you log in, enabling messaging between users, sending you notifications you've opted into, and reviewing reports submitted about profiles for moderation purposes.
4. Storage & security
zerkzcore is hosted on Netlify with a Postgres database managed by Supabase. Access to your private data (like your email, your webhook URL, or your messages) is restricted at the database level so that only you — or, for moderation purposes, the site administrator — can access it. No one else can query your private information through the site.
5. Messages & reports
Private messages are visible only to the sender and recipient of that conversation. If you submit a report about another profile, the content of that report is visible only to the site administrator for the purpose of reviewing it.
6. Your control over your data
You can edit or remove any profile content at any time from your dashboard. You can export a copy of your own profile and message data as a JSON file, and you can permanently delete your account — which removes your profile, messages, and connected accounts. Account deletion is irreversible.
7. Cookies
zerkzcore only uses the functional session cookies required to keep you logged in (set by Supabase Auth). There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Age requirements
zerkzcore is meant for people who meet Roblox's own account and age requirements for creators/developers. Please don't use zerkzcore if you don't meet Roblox's minimum age to hold a developer account.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new "last updated" date at the top of the page.
